Enneagram Personality and NLP

The enneagram is an ancient technique for self-development that can be very useful in communication. The symbol of the enneagram is a circle with nine points, symbolizing the nine types. In short, with the Enneagram we can categorize nine types of personality.

While examining the diagram, we found two vital expansions for the system:

·        Using NLP, the enneagram helps us to be more precise in understanding a person’s strategies. The choice of strategy is in fact strongly influenced by the ennea type. It’s possible to glance at a person and discover – through appropriate questioning – his enneagram and strategy within moments.

Enneagram and NLP can be complementary in job selection. Through NLP we can question our candidate, while through the enneagram we can understand his direction in life. In this manner, we can assess whether he is what we are looking for and if not, we can look for another person for the job.
